Italia!

Leaning tower of Campanile 😉
Poland the land of one of my favorite dishes from last year's Food & Wine Festival...

There is my dish! Kielbasa & Potato Pierogi—the potato dumpling considered to be the Polish national dish—served with caramelized onions and sour cream. Plain and simple, it is delicious and should be on your Food & Wine Festival to do list.
Golabki: spicy, minced pork, sautéed and wrapped in boiled cabbage leaves. Sadly the Golabki was completely forgettable. Trust me on this one, order two plates of the Kielbasa.

Land of the free, home of the brave.
Can't go wrong here...between beer and lobster rolls, you are pretty much set.

Got Hops?

Did I mention I like the way the Belgium booth looks? 😉
Nothing like street performers in Paris...
