Disney’s Animation Resort Comes To Life In Latest Construction Update

Everyone has their own special way to celebrate the magic of Walt Disney World and more importantly who to share it with.  For most of us who ponder the latter, we dream of sharing our most special Disney moments with our family.  Yet for too long those who chose to stay at the Walt Disney World Resort found limited options when trying to find a unique, family-sized space especially when considering the value options.  But Disney may have just found the answer.  On May 31, 2012 Disney will open the first phase of Disney’s Animation Resort, featuring family suites that aim to unite our families and unforgettable Disney magic in an all-new experience.  With the opening of the Finding Nemo Wing of the resort just a few short months away, Da Mouse took a visit in order to see just how everything was coming along.  As always we invite you to join us in the excitement just after the break.

Da Mouse has been following the progress of Disney’s Animation Resort, since D23’s Destination D event earlier this year where the concept art and more was unveiled.  Since then we have seen a resort, once destined to be the early years of the Pop Century resort, re-imagined into a whole new vision that will serve Disney guests all the better.  Below you will see a great overview video posted by DisneyParks of that vision and then of course 40+ Construction Photos including a closer look at the progress of the Finding Nemo Wing, with pictures of the oversized Mr. Ray and Sea Anemone near the Big Blue Pool…

Now Onto The Latest Construction Photos!
