An incredible Disney Christmas season morning at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and then the Magic Kingdom has already spoiled us with incredible joy and merry (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3). But the magic continues on through the afternoon and you won’t want to miss the finale as we tour Disney’s Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. So while we would love to stay and chit chat, there are Disney places to see and Christmas places to go right after this break.
Well, well, well look who is open today…
…The Diamond Horseshoe.
They had a decent menu of sandwiches available.
It’s a shame this grand hall isn’t used in a more permanent fashion.
The Diamond Horseshoe has a nice little second floor balcony…
…just up these stairs.
Look what else is open today!
This sign is painted in a vibrant color that really makes it pop in this area. Loving how it looks.
Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade looking all spiffy after its latest refurbishment.
The refurbishment walls came down to reveal a new addition…
…Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom has a new Frontierland Location.
Nothing like some simple Disney fun to mix things up when then crowds are heavy in the park as they were on this day.
Welcome to the firing range…
Who says $1 can’t buy you anything anymore?
As you can see everything looks as good as new or better!
So many targets, so little time…
One last look…Oh and I challenge anyone to a checkers duel 🙂 Any takers?
Attractions are shedding their refurbishment walls all around me 😉
Swiss Family Robinson wasn’t open yet but its opening was imminent and we’ll update with some new photos soon.
Swiss Family Robinson looks alive again…
Incredible what a little paint and polish can do.
Now onto a few of the Sorcerer’s of The Magic Kingdom locations that have been installed throughout the Magic Kingdom.
The locations are well themed and off to the side for the most part, which should help not to interfere with other guests who aren’t participating at the time.
This logo sticker marks the locations for Sorcerers and they look ok though I would have liked to have seen a more permanent tile embedded into the locations. I hope these are durable stickers 🙂
Do you know where this is?
Sometimes it’s the simplest ideas and principles that one must shoot for in life.
This side of Frontierland is almost done with its refurbishment and it truly shows.
Back on Main Street we are greeted with this amazing view. Make sure to get your photo taken a this spot!
As we head out the park we are greeted by a Candy Garden of course!
Hmm…this looks like the eventual bus stop for the new Disney Animation Resort.
Through the magic of the Internet we are transported to a spectacular Night at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Isn’t this something?!
How can ya ever get tired of this?
I know some Disney fans don’t appreciate this icon and sure it is no Spaceship Earth but there can be charm to it sometimes.
Even the Muppets are ready for the holidays!
And last but certainly not least a Phineas & Ferb Sighting!
Stay Tuned for an incredible tour of the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights!
