While Southern California is not known for snow, or freezing temperatures for that matter, a trip to Disneyland is all anyone needs to feel like it’s the holidays. I recently took a trip down to Disneyland to get a load of the sights and sounds of the holiday season, and now it’s my pleasure to share it all with you!
Just by lining up for the tram, guests are greeted by beautiful holiday themed pictures.
Even in sunny Southern California, the first signs of snow show up at the entrance of Disneyland!
A quick peek behind the train reveals just a hint of holiday decoration.
I wasn't able to check out the Candlelight Processional held that night, but maybe one day I'll get to experience it!Anyone for a festive ride down Main Street?First glimpse of the huge Disneyland Christmas tree. Definitely a great photo op!Main Street wouldn't be complete without Mickey wreaths! What's that in the background? The Disneyland Castle, with a light dusting of snow on the rooftops.A closer view of the castle, with Mickey and Walt adding a nice touch!
It's pretty now, but wait until later...
The castle has a huge wreath in front. Wonder if we can find any more? Here's one...and wait, I think I see another!
Such great wreaths! But where exactly are they coming from...Looks like a ride through it's a small world will give us our answer! Some things just look better at Disneyland during the holidays. it's a small world is definitely one of them...We were lucky enough to get there just in time for the hourly show! It's hard to take pictures in this ride without ruining the experience of others around you, but I was still able to get some great shots...Santa? Where? There's the jolly ol' man!
