While Disneyland is on top in Southern California in terms of holiday cheer, there is still much to be celebrated over at Disney California Adventure. Let’s take a tour of the park to get a glimpse of their holiday decorations, progress on Carthay Circle Theater, Cars Land and some general Disney fun!

Immediately after entering the park, we’re greeted by construction!

Our first glimpse at the upcoming Carthay Circle Theater.
Quite some progress has been made since our last DCA trip.
Here we can see that the sides of the building have been completed and uncovered!
Stepping out of the construction zone, we sense a commotion on the streets…

This used to be the Mission Tortilla factory, but Ghirardelli Chocolates are set to take over!
Can’t wait to head through those doors and be greeted with the smell of delicious chocolate in 2012…

Not much to see yet with the construction of the new park entrance. Can’t wait to see more developments there!
