The transformation of Downtown Disney into Disney Springs is quickly arriving and Paradiso 37 is certainly not looking to get left behind in all the fun. The restaurant is currently expanding their outdoor terrace seating that will take advantage of the Disney Springs waterfront. The often underutilized Downtown Disney waterfront has now been made one of the central focuses of Disney Springs whenever possible. We’ve seen this with the new Disney Springs Marketplace Causeway and the upcoming additions of The Boathouse and The Hangar that both bring unique features that make use of the waterfront vistas. As restaurants hope to remain competitive in this new Disney Springs era that will see many new upscale offerings arrive on the scene, most of the restaurateurs we’ve spoken with are well aware of the new dynamic and are looking to upgrade their offerings to better compete and at the same time offer their loyal fans a better experience. Surely Paradiso 37, with its latest plans is following suit.
When summer reaches us this year (2015), Paradiso will have added a new outdoor performance stage for their nightly entertainment and doubled their outdoor seating that encompasses the aforementioned waterfront views along with the terrace seating that overlooks one of The Landings’ corridors. The concept art shows a modified Paradiso 37 that includes a relocation of its waterfront signage to make way for the expanded seating. The restaurant will remain open during the renovations and guests can continue to enjoy their flare of Latin-American cuisine as Paradiso 37 itself prepares for Disney Springs.
